TÉNOA orders are prepared and shipped from Ontario, Canada.

Final shipping locations, delivery estimates, rates and free-shipping thresholds will be confirmed before launch.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Order processing

Orders will be prepared within the processing timeframe shown at checkout. Processing times may be longer during launches, holidays or high-volume periods.

Returns

Because TÉNOA products are consumable food items, opened products cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us at hello@tenoa.ca within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Approved refunds or replacements will be reviewed individually.
